Thisisabudgetactionfilm.Somepeopleseemtothinkthatlowbudgetmeansthatbadactingandworseactionscenesareexcusable.Anyonewhoseseenareallygoodbudgetmoviewillknowthatthere’sreallynoexcuse.Alldirectorshavetostartsomewhereofcourse,butthisdirectorwontbegoinganywhere,inmyopinion.Theactinginthisfilmistrulyawful.There’snotmuchIcansaytoredeemit.Themoodofthefilmflicksbetweenover-seriousandBennyhilltrashcomedy(anapparentattempttoreproducethecomedystyleofsomeJapaneseactionfilms,whichdoesn’twork).Thecarchasebeingagoodexample;whatthehelliswiththestupidmusicandunfunnyattemptsatcomedywhentherestofthefilmistryingtobeserious?!.Itmakesnosenseandgivesthefeelingthatthedirectorwaseitherhigh,acluelessstudent,orboth.Therearesomehotbabesinthefilmbutnowherenearhotenoughtomakethebadactingbearable.BasisaherotoanyfightingfanbutI’mafraidtosayhisappearanceissoshortIcan’tevenrecommendthefilmtohisdie-hardfans.Apreviousreviewerforgavethisfilm’smisgivingsgivingit8stars,andIcanunderstandthattherearetimeswhenbudgetmovie-trashissometimesagoodlaugh,buttherearesomanymuchbetterbudgetfilmsthanthisthatIcan’tfinditinmyhearttorecommendittoanyoneotherthanthedirectorsmum.
